How to Burn a Powerpoint Onto a CD
- 1). Insert a blank CD-RW or CD-R into your disc drive.
- 2). Open the PowerPoint presentation that you wish to burn to a CD.
- 3). Click the "File" menu, then choose "Package for CD." If you don't see the "Package for CD" option, then click the double arrow button on the bottom of the menu to expand it.
- 4). Name your CD in the top text box. Choose "Add Files" if you'd like to add more files to your presentation. This will open a new window where you can browse additional files to add. You can also give your presentation a password and determine how it is played off the CD if you click on the "Options" button
- 5). Click on "Copy to CD" to begin burning your PowerPoint presentation and any additional files to a CD.
