• 1). Click "Start > Control Panel > Windows Update."
  
  
• 2). Download the Chinese language pack using Windows Update. Click the optional updates link. A list of all available optional updates for your system will be generated. Check "Chinese Language Pack" from this list.
  
  
• 3). Click "OK." Click "Install updates" to download and install the Chinese Language Pack support on your PC.
  
  

Switch to Chinese Language Pack

• 1). Click "Start > Control Panel > Region and Language," and select the "Keyboards and Languages" tab.
  
  
• 2). Select "Chinese" under "Choose a display language" drop-down list.
  
  
• 3). Click "Apply" to switch to Chinese language.
