    • 1). Click the "Start" menu and then go to the search bar.

    • 2). Search for "update" in the bar and press "Enter."

    • 3). Wait for the Windows Update icon to appear and then click on it.

    • 4). Click on the small link labeled "Check for updates" and wait for the computer to scan for updates.

    • 5). Click on the "Keyboard" driver in the updates page and click "Install Updates" at the bottom of the screen.
