First of all the content is to be composed type block with type letters then the ink is applied on the aluminum roller. When the machine moves, the machine composed type letters are linked by the rubber roller which is moving.

In this machine the feeding to the polished stainless steel feed wheel is done by slant magazines. During this process, the label of the steel is pulled out by the rubber and fed to a timing chain which carries the label successfully under the printing head. The printing head of this machine has a type block where individual types are collected and the rubber stereos are fixed on the block of the half cylinder to reflect the impression. In this machine, there is an oscillating distributor roller which spreads ink thoroughly to the ink roll. The beams of the stainless steel material rotate in sintered bronze busing in which the other important parts of the machine are also made of stainless steel.
