How to Replace Songs in an iPod
- 1). Open your "Start" menu. Click "All Programs." Expand the "iTunes" folder and launch the iTunes application.
- 2). Click "File." Click "Add to Library." In the "Browse" window, select the music files from your hard drive.
- 3). Click "Open." These files will now appear in your iTunes library. If you use automatic synchronization, these songs will be added to your iPod when you next connect it. If you use manual synchronization, you can now drag and drop these songs onto your iPod and synchronize.
- 1). Open your "Start" menu. Click "All Programs." Open "iTunes."
- 2). Connect your iPod to your computer using your USB to iPod cable. On the left-hand pane, click the icon for your iPod to expand the contents.
- 3). Click "Music." Select the songs you want to delete from your iPod. Press the "delete" key. The songs will now be removed from your iPod.
- 4). Click "Music" under the "Library" heading on the left-hand pane. Select the songs you want to add to your iPod. Drag and drop the songs into your iPod by holding down your left mouse button and dragging your cursor over the left-hand pane icon for your iPod. The songs will now be on your iPod.
- 1). Open your "Start" menu. Click "All Programs." Open "iTunes."
- 2). Click "Music" under the "Library" heading in the left-hand pane. Uncheck the ticked box next to the songs you no longer want on your iPod. Add new songs to your iTunes library (see section 1.)
- 3). Click "File." Click "Sync iPod." iTunes will remove the unchecked songs and add the newly added songs to your iPod.
