How to Connect to a Wireless Printer in Windows XP
- 1). Click Start > Printers and Faxes. This opens the Printers and Faxes control panel.
- 2). Click the "Add a printer" icon in the left-side navigation pane in the control panel. This opens the Add Printer wizard. Click the "Next" button in the wizard.
- 3). Click the radio button next to "A network printer, or a printer attached to another computer" on the Local or Network Printer wizard page if it is not already selected. Click the "Next" button.
- 4). Click the radio button next to "Connect to a printer on the Internet or on a home or office network." Enter the IP address of the wireless printer in the text box next to "URL." Click the "Next" button.
- 5). Follow the prompts in the wizard to finish the setup and complete the process.
