How to Remove Songs From a CD
- 1). Insert the CD you would like to remove songs from into your computer.
- 2). Open the Finder, click on the "Applications" folder, open the "Utilities" folder and double-click the "Disc Utility" program.
- 3). Click "Erase" at the top of the "Disc Utility" program.
- 4). Click to highlight the CD that you want to remove songs from in the column on the left side of the program.
- 5). Click the "Erase" button on the bottom right side of the "Erase" tab. After doing so, all of the songs (or files) on your CD will be erased. You have now successfully removed songs from a CD.
- 1). Insert the CD you would like to remove songs from into your computer.
- 2). Click the "Start" button and select "Computer."
- 3). Click the "CD Burner" icon from within the Windows Explorer window that opens. Then click "Erase this disc" from within the toolbar that appears.
- 4). Follow the prompts in the wizard that opens and all of the songs (or files) on your CD will be erased. You have now successfully removed songs from a CD.
