Get Those Abs You Want!

OK, here's the truth.
You can get ripped abs like the guys and girls on the cover of the magazines at the check out.
Just because they have personal trainers and expensive memberships at gyms, doesn't mean you have to too.
The reality is that you just have to have a plan and a plan that you stick to.
And even though there are no overnight solutions, you can do it with just a bit of work.
The first thing, and the big thing, is your diet.
Cut out all the crap in your diet.
Toss the high fat foods, the high sugar foods, and the high salt foods.
Do this right now.
What you need are fruits and vegetables, nuts, lean chicken breast, and fibre.
I know it sounds exciting, but your body will love you for it, and it will give you results.
You have to start eating more as well, like 5 meals a day.
This speeds up your metabolism, so your body isn't storing fat, but burning through it.
Also you need the energy and protein to repair and build up the muscle in your body.
Next in your getting ripped abs plan is the workout.
Everybody has great abs already.
They just might be covered with an extra layer of fat.
So we have to uncover those abs.
One good exercise are leg raises, and crunches.
If you have a bar that you can use, try doing low sets of leg raises.
Make sure you bring your knees up to your chest.
As you get better, increase the intensity and amount of reps.
