How to Paint Grapes on Glass
- 1). Place a dollop of purple and white paints next to each other on a paper plate.
- 2). Saturate the paintbrush with water and blot it on the paper towel.
- 3). Dip one corner of the paintbrush in the purple paint and the other corner of the paintbrush in the white paint.
- 4). Brush the paintbrush back and forth on the paper plate to incorporate the paint and blend it together.
- 5). Hold the paintbrush against the glassware at the place you want to make a grape.
- 6). Lightly touch the paintbrush to the glassware and make a tight "U" shape. The side of the paintbrush that has the purple paint should be going along the outside of the grape, and the white side of the paintbrush should be to the inside of the grape.
- 7). Pick up the brush and position it back in the spot that you started the "U" shape. This time make the top of the grape by making a tight circular shape on top of the "U" shape to finish the grape.
- 8). Make several grapes in the same way to make a cluster of grapes.
- 9). Allow the paint to dry for 24 hours before using the glassware.
