If your arms are stuck...
and you want to try some weird (but brutally effective) tips to boost arm size quickly, then pay close attention.
Because in this article, I'll show you a few "old-school" tricks you can use to get your arms up to par in a heartbeat.
Tip #1: Consider adding heavy, partial movements to your training routine.
Old time lifters like Bill Pearl added a healthy dose of heavy, partial movements to beef up their arms.
For example Pearl would do the barbell overhead press inside a power rack.
He's set the pins around forehead level, and pressed the bar overhead from there.
By cutting the range of motion, he could use far more weight.
And the extra weight helped him build strong tendons and bigger arms.
Tip #2: Rapidly increase the size of your arms with 10 sets of 10 reps.
Choose a light weight and an isolated arm exercise such as bicep curls or triceps press downs.
Do 10 sets of 10 reps with a one minute rest in between each set.
By keeping the weight light and the rest periods short, you'll massively increase muscle size and get an incredible pump.
Tip #3: For MAXIMUM results, combine tip #1 and tip #2.
Heavy, partial rep training builds muscle by actually increasing the size of the muscle fibers.
(The technical term for this is myofibrillar hypertrophy.
) Light weights with high reps increases muscle size by increasing the amount of fluid each muscle cell can hold.
(The technical term for this is sarcoplasmic hypertrophy.
) Either method will help make your arms bigger.
But for maximum results, combine both training methods.
