Uninstalling Trend Micro

• 1). Click "Start" and type "Add and Remove Programs" in the search box, then press "Enter." The Add and Remove Programs window displays on screen.
  
  
• 2). Click the "Trend Micro" software program from the list and then click the "Uninstall" button. The Installation Wizard displays on screen.
  
  
• 3). Click the "Next" button to begin the uninstall process and then click the "Finish" button after the process completes.
  
  
• 4). Restart your computer.
  
  

Windows System Restore

• 1). Click "Start" and mouse over the "All Programs" menu, then click the "Accessories" folder.
  
  
• 2). Click the "System Tools" folder and then click the "System Restore" icon. The System Restore window displays on screen.
  
  
• 3). Click the "Choose a different restore point" radio button and then click the "Next" button.
  
  
• 4). Click on a restore point before the installation of Trend Micro and then click the "Next" button.
  
  
• 5). Click the "Finish" button to confirm your restore point and then click the "Yes" button when Windows warns you that you will not be able to cancel the restore. Windows automatically restarts itself. Click the "Close" button once Windows restarts, to close the "Restore was successful" message.
