    • 1). Pour 1 to 2 tbsp. mineral oil onto a clean cloth. Wipe the mineral oil over the crayon stains on the paneling. Ensure the crayon marks are properly lubricated with the oil.

    • 2). Wipe the crayon from the paneling with a clean rag. If crayon marks remain, reapply the mineral oil and allow it to sit on the crayon stains for 10 minutes, then wipe clean with the rag.

    • 3). Fill a sink halfway with water and add 1 tbsp. grease-cutting dish soap. Dip a sponge into the soapy water, and squeeze out the excess water.

    • 4). Wipe the mineral oil from the paneling with the sponge using rotating motions. As the oil lifts from the paneling to the sponge, dip the sponge into the soapy water to rinse away the oil. Continue cleaning the oil from the paneling until completely removed.

    • 5). Wipe the soap from the paneling with a damp rag. Dry the paneling with a lint-free cloth.
