    • 1). Click the "Start" menu button on the Windows server task bar. Enter "tscc.msc" into the text box and press "Enter." This opens the RDP server properties window.

    • 2). Click the "Logon Settings" tab. This displays properties for RDP authentication on the server.

    • 3). Remove the check mark labeled "Always prompt for password." The removed check mark disables the log-in prompt each time the user connects to the RDP server. Select "Use client-provided logon information." Click "OK" to save your settings.
