    • 1). Log in to your remote computer and open its Start menu.

    • 2). Go into "All Programs," then "Accessories" and finally click on "Command Prompt." If the remote computer runs Windows Vista/7, right-click "Command Prompt" and select "Run as administrator."

    • 3). Type "shutdown -r" in the Command Prompt window.

    • 4). Press "Enter" and the remote computer reboots itself.
