How to Disable Firefox Toolbars

    Disable Main Toolbars

    • 1). Select "View" from the main menu. Point to "Toolbars."

    • 2). Click "Menu Bar," "Navigation Toolbar" and "Bookmarks Toolbar" to disable the toolbars.

    • 3). Hold down "Alt" and "V" to temporarily re-enable the menu bar whenever you need to make changes to the browser or access certain features.

    Disable Add-on Toolbars

    • 1). Click "Tools," then click "Add-ons."

    • 2). Select the add-on toolbar from the list. Click "Disable."

    • 3). Click "Restart Firefox" to apply your changes.
