How to Get a Burnt Stain Off Linoleum

Moisten a 0000-grade steel wool pad with water. Squeeze out excess moisture. - 2). Rub the burnt stain on your linoleum floor, moving the steel wool pad with the grain of the flooring. Gently buff the burn mark until it's gone.
- 3). Wipe the linoleum with a clean damp cloth to remove debris from the stain removal process.
- 4). Fill a bucket with 1 gallon of warm water. Mix in 1/2 tsp. of mild dish detergent and 1 cap full of baby oil.

Wet a floor mop with the solution. Wring out the mop so it's barely damp. - 6). Mop your linoleum floor, paying particular attention to the area where the burnt stain was removed. Buff the floor dry with a clean cloth.
