Blot off the Clearasil cream stain with a paper towel. Lay the fabric on a flat work surface and press a paper towel into the stain to remove as much as possible.

    • 2). Spray an aerosol, petroleum-based stain remover on the rest of the pimple-cream stain. Let the stain remover soak into the stain for 10 minutes to loosen it from the fabric fibers.

    • 3). Mix 1/2 cup oxygen bleach in 1 gallon of warm water. Soak the Clearasil cream-stained fabric in the bleach solution for 30 minutes. Remove the fabric from the diluted bleach and rinse with warm water.

    • 4). Launder the fabric using laundry detergent and oxygen bleach to remove any last traces of the Clearasil cream stain. Before placing the fabric in the dryer, check to make sure all of the stain has been removed to avoid setting the stain with the dryer's heat.
