Little Red Riding Hood

Dress up as the characters from the children's story "Little Red Riding Hood." One member of the group should wear a dress, a red cape and carry a basket full of goods for grandma. Another member of your group should wear a nightgown, a sleeping cap, old glasses and slippers. The last member should wear overalls, boots, a red flannel shirt and a wolf mask or full-body wolf outfit. Friends and neighbors will enjoy watching you and your friends parade down the road in your story-themed costumes.

Three Little Pigs

Another popular story with a theme of three is the "Three Little Pigs." Each member of the group should dress similarly with pig costumes. You can wear overalls, dresses or your regular street clothes. Place a headband with pig ears on top of each member's head and have each member carry a different prop, such as a pile of sticks, a bundle of hay or a pocket of stones.

Three Blind Mice

Similar to the "Three Little Pigs," dressing as the "Three Blind Mice" is enjoyable and the costumes are simple to create at home. Each member should dress similarly with overalls, farmer's shirts, sunglasses, mouse ears and a fake mouse tail pinned to the seat of the pants. You can also shorten the length of each tail as if the farmer's wife already cut each tail off with her butcher's knife. Run around with each other as if you cannot see, bumping into others you meet. This costume is sure to delight family and friends and inspire laughter the whole night through.

Superheroes

Show off the superhuman powers you have by dressing as a group of your favorite superhero women. Some popular superhero women figures are Bat Woman, Cat Woman and Wonder Woman. You may also choose to invent your own superhero. Dress yourselves in capes, masks, high-heeled boots and flashy leotards for a night of superhuman strength and super-Halloween fun.
