Although there are lots of so called secret ways to get your ex back, the only way that convinces your ex that you are genuine is that old fashioned apology.
Both men and women have trouble letting go of how they are feeling without an apology.
For an apology to be accepted it must be more than a mumbled telephone message.
•First do not include any excuses.
Your ex will not appreciate any excuse for something you did.
It tells them that it could all happen again, whenever something else goes wrong for you.

If you start blaming them, you can hardly call it an apology.
You must accept responsibility for your part in what went wrong.
