It's just like any job or basically just about anything you do, whether you realize it or not, you will research it and prepare yourself for it.
Kind of like a plan.
You don't just go show up for a job somewhere without first finding out what you are going to be doing, do you? You do a little research so you are prepared to fill out an application to get the job.
Right? You don't go to the grocery store without first checking to see what you will be needing.
Do You? You check the fridge and pantry to see what you are out of, a little research.
Then you maybe check the newspaper ads, see who's got the better deals and make yourself a list so you are prepared when you get to the grocery store.
Right? Now if you apply this same type of behavior once you get on the internet, you might just have a fighting chance.
Before you even get on the internet, write down three or four or five things that might interest you in making money online.
Because it is so easy to get side tracked, this might help you stay focused on what your there for.
If you choose something you already know a little about, that will always work in your favor.
Now don't go jumping into the first thing that sounds good, cause chances are that the only good thing about it is just that, the way it sounds.
How does that saying go, "If it sounds to good to be true, it probably is.
" Well on the internet, I always go with, "If it sounds to good to be true, it is.
" Just because your in your comfort zone, at home on the computer, doesn't mean your safe from the scams that are going on.
As a matter of fact you are a prime target.
"Clueless with a credit card.
" Some would consider you a "Good Catch" others might call you their "Main Meal.
" Either or, this is not a good thing to be in this situation.
But if you just can't leave that "Sounds So Good" alone, at least check in to one of those discussion groups and ask people if they know anything about what it is your wanting to do to make money.
Do this with a couple of different groups and see if you get the same response.
This should help you in finding out what you need to know.
Google groups has a search box so you can find the exact type of group you are looking for.
If you don't act like a jerk when your in one of these groups you can get some pretty valuable information while your there.
