Putting Your Billing Cycle on Hold

• 1). Visit Netflix.com and sign in to your account. Click "Your Account & Help" in the upper right corner.
  
  
• 2). Click "Put Membership on Hold" in the right column.
  
  
• 3). Select your reactivation date. You can choose any day between 7 and 90 days in the future.
  
  
• 4). Click "Start Account Hold" now. Your billing cycle is now on hold.
  
  

Changing Your Netflix Plan

• 1). Sign in to your Netflix account. Click on "Your Account & Help."
  
  
• 2). Click "Change Plan." Choose the plan you want to switch to.
  
  
• 3). Click "Continue." Click "Confirm Change" to change your account plan.
