Adele flies 18 notches into the #1 spot on the chart this week. She knocks "Moves Like Jagger" aside after it spent one week at #1. It looks like the acclaimed MTV Video Music Awards performance of "Someone Like You" did the trick. Lil Wayne debuts eight new songs in the Billboard Hot 100 this week. They join three others to be a total of 11 songs on the chart from his new album Tha Carter IV. Lady Gaga earns her 11th top 10 pop hit as "You and I" vaults from #16 to #6.
