    • 1). Recharge the battery if the Craig MP3 player won't turn on. To recharge a Craig MP3 player, plug the provided charging cord into the port on the MP3 player and then plug the other end into any open USB port on a computer. Power the computer on, and the MP3 player charges through the computer.

    • 2). Check the power switch if the player appears to be on, but the buttons won't operate. When the power switch on a Craig MP3 player has been accidentally switched to the "Hold" position, the buttons on the player will not operate. Move the switch back to the middle position.

    • 3). Press the "+" volume button on the player if the player is on, and a file appears to be playing on the screen, but no sound is coming thorough the player. If the sound is at the lowest setting on a Craig player, you cannot hear the audio at all.

    • 4). Remove and convert the file, and then reload it onto the Craig MP3 player, if the player says that it cannot play a file. The Craig MP3 player accepts only files in MP2, MP3, RM, RMVB, JPEG and BMP formats. To convert audio files to MP3 or video files to RM or RMVB, use any online media converter, such as Media-Convert or Zamzar (see Resources).
