How to Remove Netscape Navigator

    • 1). Click the Windows Orb in Windows Vista and 7 or the Start button in Windows XP. Click "Control Panel."

    • 2). Double-click "Programs and Features" in Windows Vista and 7, or "Add or Remove Programs" in Windows XP. If you are unable to find the appropriate icon to select, click the "Classic View" link on the left side of the screen in Windows XP and Vista or the "View by: Small icons" drop-down menu in Windows 7.

    • 3). Right-click "Netscape Navigator," then click "Uninstall" if you are running Windows Vista or 7. In Windows XP, click "Netscape Navigator" then click the "Remove" button. The Netscape Navigator Uninstall Wizard appears.

    • 4). Click "Next," then click "Uninstall." Netscape Navigator is removed from the system automatically.

    • 5). Click the "Finish" button, then close the "Add or Remove Programs" or "Programs and Features" window and Control Panel to return to the Windows desktop.
