How to Combine Slides in PowerPoint Onto a Single Printed Sheet
- 1). Open the presentation you want to print.
- 2). Click "File" and "Print." A print setup screen appears.
- 3). Click the "Printer" box and choose a printer, if necessary.
- 4). Click the "Full Page Slides" button. A popup menu appears with page layout options.
- 5). Click the option corresponding to the number of slides you want to appear on one page. Choose "9 Slides Vertical" or "9 Slides Horizontal" if you want the maximum number of slides to appear on one page.
- 6). Click "Print."
