Your own family will ask what happened and this alone will make you wish you were not around your own family.
What a terrible predicament to be in, but on the good side is that your family loves you and in time they can help.
When seeing your friends again it will bring back those memories of good and bad, so dealing with them my be more difficult.
It will be a new life and a very strange thing to deal with, if you have mutual people you have hung out with.
Friendships may be easier to deal with if your friends were not mutual, but if they were mutual then it might be awkward to see them because you may be hanging around with the same people after wards.
Running into each other may be a possibility.
Maintaining your friendships may be a little harder.
On the other hand you may have to give up some friendships, unfortunately your health may be in the balance, emotionally and physically.
You may have to stay in touch with a few friends- instead of the group you initially hung out with.
Allow your ex to do the same.
You need to preferably be with the friends you are closest to.
It may be a good time to seek new friends or at least contact the ones that were not associated with your ex.
Going on a vacation an finding a new area to relax and being in a new place may help you disassociate yourself with your current situation.
New scenery can do wonders.
Changing your perspective with new friends and scenery is a great way to clear your mind.
