    • 1). Plug a wireless network adapter into a USB port on your Netbook if there is no wireless radio built in. If there is a wireless radio built in, skip this step, as many Netbooks have them already.

    • 2). Click the "Start" menu, and click the "Connect to" option and select "Wireless Network Connection."

    • 3). Click the "Wireless Networks" tab in the window that opens.

    • 4). Click the network you want to connect to in the Available Networks box, then push the "Configure" button.

    • 5). Click the "Association" tab on the "Wireless Network Properties" window that opened. Click the box labeled, "The Key is provided automatically" and enter the 10 digit WEP key from your wireless router. Confirm it, press the OK button and press the next OK button.

    • 6). Launch the Internet Explorer Web browser and start surfing the Web.
