Define your niche market by focusing on your value.
You need to focus on what makes your home based business unique.
What value do you offer that no one else does? Indeed, what separates you from the masses? Develop your marketing plan.
Even if you already have one, utilize your niche market to create a targeted plan.
The more defined your plan the faster your work from home business will prosper and produce the extra income you desire.
Detail your budget.
Review the business expenses discussed in part two of this series.
Remember all internet expenses for an internet home based business, mileage, office supplies etcetera.
Decide if any changes need to be made and form a complete and thorough budget.

Your goals, short, medium and long term should be on paper.
Now they need to be monitored and adjusted on a regular basis.
