Depress the light bulb into the socket and twist it a quarter turn counterclockwise to release the bulb from the socket. Be careful not to break the bulb glass. Pull the bulb out of the socket.

    • 5). Insert a new bulb into the socket by lining up the small pins on the bulb base with the grooves in the socket and sliding the bulb in. Depress the bulb and secure it in the socket by turning it as far as possible in a clockwise direction.
