    • 1). Add a square of double-sided tape to the flat end of a Hershey kiss. Press the taped end against the flat end of a second Hershey kiss.

    • 2). Cut a 4 1/2-inch square of cellophane. Drop small beads of hot glue on one side of the cellophane square which should ultimately resemble water droplets on the finished rosebud. Allow the glue to dry and flip the cellophane over so the glue drops are facing down.

    • 3). Place the candies in the center of the cellophane square with one of the tips of the candies pointed in the center. Wrap the cellophane down over the candies, and gather the cellophane at the base.

    • 4). Cut a piece of floral wire using wire cutters in the length you want for the stem of your rosebud. Bend one end of the wire into a 1/8-inch circle and fold the circle over so the circle is perpendicular to the rest of the floral wire. Insert the circle end of the wire into the cellophane so that the circle fits around the tip of the kiss that is facing down.

    • 5). Hold the cellophane around the floral wire. Wrap green floral tape around the outside of the cellophane tightly so that the floral wire is held in place.

    • 6). Continue wrapping the tape down the length of the stem. Pause halfway down the wire and place a stem of silk rose leaves along the wire. Wrap the tape around the floral wire and the silk stem at the same time to hold the stem in place. Continue covering the rest of the floral wire with floral tape.
