The fats that can be found in these items can be bad for our health.
Red meats like beef are full of the fats that are bad for us.

By making this simple choice you can reduce the amount of the bad fats you ingest.
You can also choose foods that are reduced fat versions.
Most dairy products come in an original version, and then there will be versions of the product that are low fat varieties.
Every time you can you should use the low fat variety.
These are life style choices that will not only help you to lose the weight you want to lose, but will help you to maintain the weight loss for life.
It is hard to eat a salad when you want a steak, and feel satisfied.
You do not have to deny yourself the steak every time, but you do need to choose the fish or the chicken more often than the beef.
Meats that are gotten from wild game such as deer, elk, and moose, are also good choices because they have less fat content.
You can use these meats instead of beef and sometimes you cannot tell the difference in the finished recipe.
