Buy a health club membership.
A health club membership used now and again is better than not having a health club membership at all.

Subscribe to one or more fitness magazines.
They look good on your coffee table, mantle, or desk and motivate you to pick one up to read.
Soon you will be laying out fitness tips for your friends, family, and co-workers.
3.
Stretch.
When you are just standing around somewhere and it is feasible to do so, stretch your arms in various ways.
Also, anchor one leg on a low table or chair and lean forward pressing down on your thigh with your forearm.
There are lots of places outside where this works well and looks impressive.
4.
Join a club that takes casual hikes or casual bike rides.
This sounds very impressive during water cooler talk time.
5.
Be in a hurry.
Walk quickly.
Even run occasionally.
You will appear fit to the slow people.
Once you have established your mindset, fitness is a piece of cake.
