    Remove and Replace Side Mirror

      Open the door on the van. Roll the window down.

      Remove the three-cornered cover on the inside of the door, across from the mirror. Use a trim removal tool to loosen the panel retainers and remove the panel.

      Disconnect the power plug and take off the three nuts that hold the mirror onto the door. If the mirror is manually operated there will not be a power plug. Use a 3/8-inch socket and ratchet set to remove the three retainer nuts. Lay the mirror aside and with a rag clean the place where the mirror was mounted to the door.

    • 4). Place the mirror in place on the door. Replace the three retaining nuts finger tight, Tighten the three retainer nuts with a socket and ratchet.

    • 5). Plug both ends of the power cable together if the mirror is electric.

    • 6). Place the trim panel retainers in the matching holes in the inside of the door and press in place with the heel of your hand.
