How to Find Duplicate Rows in Excel
- 1). Select the rows in the spreadsheet.
- 2). Click the "Data" tab in the Office Ribbon.
- 3). Click "Filter" in the "Sort and Filter" box.
- 4). Click the drop-down menu box in the data rows. The data from the rows appear as individual selections.
- 5). Select the data from the rows that will be filtered.
- 6). Click "OK" and all duplicate data and rows will appear.
