    • 1). Select the rows in the spreadsheet.

    • 2). Click the "Data" tab in the Office Ribbon.

    • 3). Click "Filter" in the "Sort and Filter" box.

    • 4). Click the drop-down menu box in the data rows. The data from the rows appear as individual selections.

    • 5). Select the data from the rows that will be filtered.

    • 6). Click "OK" and all duplicate data and rows will appear.
