This is a simple project to make, only requiring a few supplies including green paper, a small strip of red construction paper, glue, markers or crayons, scissors and an "eye" sticker.

To create the puppet, take the green paper and fold it in thirds, forming a rectangle. Then, fold the paper in fourths forming a "w" shape. Stick your eye sticker on or draw eyes. Take the red strip of paper and cut it into a long piece forming the "tongue." Glue the tongue at the end of the frog's mouth. Place your thumb at the bottom of the frog's mouth and your other fingers on the top. You will now have a frog with a big mouth.

This fun activity involves using paint-soaked marbles and running them across a sheet of paper. Materials needed include marbles, tempera paint, liquid paper and a flat box. Take a flat box and place a piece of paper into the box. Have your child dunk marbles in various colors of tempera paint and then drop them into the box and roll them across the paper. Another method you can try is to drop paint onto the paper and have your child roll the marbles across the paint.

You can do many creative things with circle art, such as paper circles and circle flowers. To make circle flowers, draw several flower stems on a piece of paper and then give the paper to your child with a sheet of circle stickers. Help your child place the circle stickers over the top of each stem to make a flower.

Paper circles are great fun, as you can use them to make animals and insect shapes. Some of the animals you can make are a baby bird and a caterpillar. To make the baby bird, make three circles. Cut one circle in half and place it on the paper with the straight edge down. Glue another circle above that piece. Take the third circle and glue it over the right top edge of that circle. This circle will be the bird's head. Create a triangle beak and then attach it. Draw on an eye. Attach the last half circle to the middle circle as a wing. To make a caterpillar, take five to six circles in a line and glue them. Make the first circle into a face.
