Then, move the pen back slowly to arm's length, keeping focus on the tip of the pen. Repeat this exercise ten times.
  4. Then, start massaging your temples gently with your fingertips or knuckles of your thumbs in small circles. Perform the circular motions first twenty times clockwise, and then twenty times counterclockwise. Do these actions at the mid-point of your eyebrows at the forehead, and also at places located below your eyes and on both sides of the bridge of the nose.
  5. Lastly, take a mini-nap; through putting your head back, closing the eyes, and relaxing for at least three minutes.
