Here is a look at the end of the Accell GreenGenius Model 220 that houses the RF connections.
There are two connection options, each with an input and output. The DSS input is for connecting Satellite feed that comes in from the wall and the DSS output is for connecting the Model 220 to your Satellite Box.

By the same token, the CATV input is for connecting your incoming cable feed, while the CATV output goes to either your cable box (if you use one) or to your TV directly, if you do not use a cable box.
