My best friend is my wife and even thought at first I had difficulty expressing myself, in the end it has helped me and saved me a lot of money avoiding therapy.
For me, when I talk about what bothers me and I get it out of the system, being as simple as worrying if the panic attack is going to happen, it just lifts weight off my chest.

I have a disability and I cannot run or fast-walk, but instead I lift weights.
