After this, getting yourself to take an action would not be difficult at all. It will come naturally to you!

Remember, fear more often than not is our mind's creation drawing interpretation from some untoward experience in the past. To overcome a fear, the best idea is to not take every thought very seriously. If you are not giving much attention to your thoughts, it would not overpower you and stop your actions.
