Romaji Translation
Shinobu-kun wa otousan no shigoto o kakkowarui o omotteita. Shokuniku sentaa de ushi o "toki", niku ni suru shigoto da. Toku towa, korosu koto. Shougakkou no shakaika no jugyou de ie no shigoto o kirare, "futsuu no nikuya desu" to kotaeta.
Kerigiwa, shinobu-kun o yobitomete tannin no sensei wa satoshita. Omae no otousan ga shigoto o shinai o, sensei mo omae mo kouchousensei mo kaisha no shachou-san mo, minna niku o taberarenai n da. "Sugoka shigoto zo."

Itadaku to iu kotoba wa honrai, mono o ryoute de atama ni noseru koto datta. Sorega, mono o uyamai, taisetsuni atsukau imi ni nari, kuu no kenjougo nimo natta. "Itadakimasu". Shokutaku deno hitokoto ga motsu fukai imi o kamishimetai.

Grammar/Expressions
When "~ sugiru (~???)" is combined with the stem of a verb, it means "over-," or "to excess." Example: "nomisugiru (to drink too much)", "hatarakisugiru (to overwork)" etc.
