How to Put a Location in My Onix 400
- 1). Switch on the Onix 400 device. Press the power button until the LCD display appears. It may take a few minutes for the device to scan, find and lock on to GPS satellites. The satellite icons will blink till the device locks onto satellites. When the satellite icons turn green, you can add or set waypoints on the device.
- 2). Go to the "Map" page of the Onix 400.
- 3). Press the "OK" button located at the center of the five-way button on the device. The Waypoint menu will appear.
- 4). Choose the option "Set Waypoint" on the Waypoint menu.
- 5). Use the options to edit the name, icon and alarm to add the waypoint of your choice.
- 6). Press the "OK" button again to accept the waypoint as the name and location you wish to create and add to the Onix 400.
