Are You Where You Want to Be?

Ask yourself these questions: - Am I happy with my life right now? If not, what is it that makes me unhappy? - "How happy am I in my relationships with my family, friends, work etc...
? - Is my work fulfilling, or does it drain me? - Am I where I want to be in my life at this moment? - Where do I want to be a year from now? (Personally, family, relationships, career etc...
) - Can I clearly define my vision, my desires and my goals? - What is stopping me from being where I want to be right now? Sometimes it is hard for people to identify what it is that they really need and want.
Unfortunately, if you do not have a clear destination in mind then there is no way that you can get there.
Yes, you could trying to do this and change that only to find yourself becoming frustrated because you were putting so much effort without seeing any progress.

" - Marcus Aurelius Therefore, here are a few steps that will help you to find out whether you are at the place that you want to be in your life.
First - Identify your needs, wants and desires.
What are they really? Is it material or is it emotional and spiritual? Do you need stability or variety? Is it love, connection, growth? Second - Assess what obstacles are in the way.
What is stopping you? Is it a fear of success or failure? Do you think that may be you do not deserve anything better? Are you overwhelmed with too much stuff that is going on in your life at this moment and there is no one to help you? Or do you feel discouraged and think that change is too difficult? Third - Search for resources that could help you find what you need in order to get you to where you want to be and actually implement these resources to create goals and action steps.
Unfortunately, this is where most of us stop.
We research, we find ways, means to get to where we want to go and then we stop, we are stuck, and we tend to procrastinate.
Why do most of us stop at this step? There could be a number of reasons: not having a realistic visions or goals; not being sure if you have what it takes to change; pride (you are afraid to look vulnerable), fear of failure or of success; limiting beliefs; lack of confidence, etc...
