How to Clean Drywall Dust From Books
- 1). Take the books outdoors, if possible, or place on newspapers for easy cleanup. Keep the books closed tightly, or you risk getting drywall dust inside the books.
- 2). Dust the outside of the books with a dry rag to remove most of the drywall dust. Follow with a dust cloth that has an electrostatic charge or a microfiber cloth to lift away the rest of the drywall dust from the cover.
- 3). Hold the books tightly and use a small, fine paintbrush to remove any remaining dust along the page edges.
