Changing the water will reduce the amount of dissolved organics and other compounds that can cause algae and also harm your fish.
The recommended amount of water to change is 25% per month.
This amount varies depending on the type and amount of fish in your tank.
It is best to split it up into two or three smaller water changes instead of one big one!
