How to Download PSX Games on a Disc
- 1). Power up your computer and allow it to boot into the device's operating system (Windows, Linux, etc.).
- 2). Boot your file-sharing program, such as Shareaza or Frostwire. If you do not have one, download one of the many programs that can be found online.
- 3). Open the file-sharing program's "Tools" submenu. For some programs, it will be "Options." Once the submenu is open, select the "Downloads" or "Saves" tab to open a window showing the saved folder location for downloaded files.
- 4). Click the "Browse" button under or next to the saved folder address (usually a C:\ location). Navigate through the mini-window that appears until you are able to select your disc drive as the save location. Select it and close the window.
- 5). Type "PlayStation Games"--or the name of the game you want to download--into the program's search bar and hit the "Enter" key. Once done, wait a minute or two for the software to scan its network for files that meet the criteria.
- 6). Select the files you want to download and simply sit back and wait. Unless you have a T1 Internet connection, this process will take some time.
