Trrrific Tarragon is a purebred LaPerm and highly intelligent. He loves to do tricks, has a fetish for straws, walks on a harness and leash, climbs like a monkey and swims. He's very vocal and can say "No," "Ma," and wails instead of meowing. He loves to cuddle and get into trouble. He actually thinks his name is "Terror of Dawn" and has to live up to it.
