Guide Review - West Side Sushi
If you crave sushi on a budget, West Side Sushi (as well as its sister restaurants Jeollado and SanDobe) may be just what you're looking for. While West Side Sushi doesn't stray far from the basic sushi offerings, their creative maki (featuring real crab) can make a budget sushi dinner a reality. Miso soup($1.50) was better than average and the generous serving of edamame($3) got cold a more quickly than we could finish it, but was still good. A Jay Roll($4.75) featured yellowtail & crabmeat and the Hawaiian Roll($4.75) had tuna and crabmeat, both were tasty and the fish was fresh. A scallop roll($6) automatically came with 12 pieces and the scallops were sweet and delicious. For about $30 for two, you can't beat West Side Sushi.
