  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 2 envelopes taco seasoning mix
  • 1/2 cup sour cream

  • 1 1/4 cups biscuit mix
  • 1/4 cup chopped red onion
  • 2 chopped tomatoes
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 3 cups chopped lettuce
  • 2 oz sliced green olives
How to make it: Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
Grease a thirteen by nine inch baking pan.
Brown the ground beef in a skillet and drain off the grease.
Add the taco seasoning and cook the mixture as per the directions on the package.
Spoon the meat into the greased baking pan.
Beat the milk with the eggs, and then add the black pepper and biscuit mix.
Pour this over the meat and bake it uncovered for about twenty two minutes or until golden brown.
Let it cool for ten minutes, then spread the sour cream over the top and garnish it with the cheese, olives, tomatoes, lettuce, and onions.
