Free Market is the Work of the Devil - Convincing Evidence
But on closer scrutiny this apparent miracle of economic theory turns out to be a cruel and ruthless master, tying us up in chains of servitude.
If we really want to evolve to a higher consciousness, it is time to shake off the shackles.
Let's begin with a premise we can agree on.
The devil (or, if you prefer, the power of evil) is opposed to everything that God stands for.
If God stands for Perfect Love, then everything God does promotes love, and, by extension, everything the devil does promotes enmity.
If we study the nature of the free market we will soon see that very few (if any) of its aspects correspond to the nature of God, and a great many (if not all) correspond to the nature of evil.
Love promotes peace, harmony, accord, and plenty for everybody.
The free market is competitive, based on rivalry, and promotes discord, sabotage, and underhand dealings.
It gives a lot to a few and leaves the many with very little.
Love is open, free, warm, gentle, consoling.
The free market is manipulated by a minority who are in the know, is secretive and excludes the majority of the population from its inner workings.
It is a cold, threatening entity, completely ruthless and without compassion.
The free market does not take into account people´s feelings or seek to look after those who fall foul of its tenets.
It marches forward at an unpredictable pace, then collapses in on itself when you least expect it causing untold misery to millions.
There is no help for the disadvantaged built in to free market planning.
Without special social safety nets, the free market would decimate half the population in no time at all.
Free trading favours the rich, whereas God has no favourites but treats everyone the same.
Love flourishes among the meek and the disadvantaged.
The free market thrives on ambition, pride, arrogance, and self-interest.
It is not even a reliable selector of good product, because it is not the best product that survives in a free market but the best marketed.
Marketing is another word for arousing interest in a product for which there is not already a real need.
Compare that to faith which is a mechanism for passing on God's love to those who need it more than anything.
The free market encourages stealing, lying, murder, and drives many to drink, excessive sexual activity and other unhealthy addictions.
God demands a high morality, purity and a life of spiritual joy.
The free market can break up families through envy, turning brother against brother.
Love promotes family life and encourages parents to stay with their children.
When the market is given free reign in town planning or countryside projects, it promotes the activity with the greatest possible profit potential.
This means that eventually there will be no green left, only limitless acres of shops.
If we left the free market to do its own will we would end up living in a tiny box alone but equipped with the latest versions of expensive unnecessary technology.
This is called spiritual death.
The devil wants us all to die in spirit, for then we lose our way to God.
Perfect love promotes a free life, free air, and free living water.
We are permanently refreshed by the joy of the Holy Spirit and sing the praises of our Lord for the heavenly Jerusalem He has planned for us.
The market guarantees the highest possible price to be paid for water, electricity, gasoline, food and clothes.
The fee market guarantees permanent discontent since without discontent, it dies.
Continue, men, with the free market if you wish, for those of us who are born again in Christ are immune from its malignity.
But remember that earthly profit is ephemeral and eternal judgment awaits.
The best type of profit is the one that lasts forever.
