My Struggle with Losing Weight and Toning Trying to lose weight before your wedding or other occasion, you can sculpt your body easily with these toning workouts.
I wanted to lose some weight and slash my belly fat before my wedding and I didn't have years to do this.
I tried numerous weight loss programs from Weight Watchers to Slimfast to buying a stepper, to joining a gym.
I even tried one of the healthy fat burner pills for awhile.
I lost weight and gained within months.
I was determined and knew there was some toning workouts I could do from home to lose and tone my body quickly.
Below is what finally changed my life and I got rid of 40 pounds with my goal being to lose weight for my wedding.
Toning Workouts: I tried a fat burning program that really helped me, changed my motivation and let me lose the pounds in no time.
I learned quickly that I had to stop dieting, I continuously starved my body by cutting out carbs, such as bread.
Going food shopping was a new adventure, since I learned what foods would actually burn fat quicker.
I actually increased my self-esteem and this motivated me to lose even more weight.
This was so simple, I was amazed, amazed that I finally did this and lost 40 lbs within months.
One toning technique that really helped was the interval and cardio workout.
Short bursts of cardio with more quick strength exercises.
No more long boring cardio.
THINGS I FOUND OUT: Stop eating salads all day AND Stop starving your body by not eating enough food...
this will only retain the fat, I was doing the wrong exercises, don't overexcerise, Eliminate fast foods from my diet, since every burger or grilled chicken at the Burger King has more fat than you could believe, better off at Subway, Grill or bake your foods, eliminate 50% of the fat I found foods that burn fat, such as grapefruit Stop stressing over losing weight, this will actually increase your weight gain, Stop eating some "health foods" some of these will actually make you FATTER.
